Spending reward:
- Spend HK$3,500 (accumulate up to 3 sales slips) in a same participating SHKP mall in person and present electronic payment receipt (Credit card, EPS or Octopus slip), machine-printed sales slip and Star membership card in person at the respective mall Customer Care Centre on the same transaction day or the day after (maximum one HK$30 SHKP mall coupon per machine-printed sales slip and per shop in the same mall), Star members are eligible to a HK$30 SHKP mall coupon for free. A receipt from the shop in the mall can be used to redeem for ONE HK$30 SHKP mall coupon. Each Star member can redeem up to two HK$30 SHKP mall cash coupons per day, regardless of the total amount of spending in the mall. The coupons are valid at designated shops in SHKP malls and subject to the final decision of the SHKP Club.
- The amount of machine-printed sales slip must match the electronic payment receipt. The name stated on the electronic payment receipt must match the Star membership card (It applies to the credit card or EPS transaction slip only).
- In case of loss or damage, all SHKP mall cash coupons will not be replaced. All SHKP mall cash coupons issued cannot be returned, transferred, redeemed for cash or changed will be given for using it. All SHKP mall cash coupons must be used within the given period, expired coupons will not be accepted.
- Star member spending reward cannot be used in conjunction with mall¡¦s other promotion program. (It applies to New Town Plaza, HomeSquare, Metroplaza, Grand Century Plaza, Tsuen Wan Plaza, Uptown Plaza and Sun Yuen Long Plaza only).

Free parking:
- Upon presentation of machine-printed sales slip of required spending in the same SHKP mall (required spending is according to specific malls, cardholder must spend minimum required amount and the offer is subject to terms and conditions of free parking of the mall), electronic payment receipt and Star membership card in person at the mall¡¦s Customer Care Centre on the transaction day, cardholders are eligible to one extra hour of Free Parking Offer.
- Each Star member or the same car plate can only enjoy one-hour free parking in each participating SHKP mall.
- Star member spending required amount at New Town Plaza for free parking offer is only be applicable for parking at HomeSquare on the transaction day. Please go to the Customer Care Centre at 1/F HomeSquare for registration.
- Parking is subject to availability.
- Star member free parking offer cannot be used in conjunction with mall¡¦s other car-parking promotion.

The machine-printed sales slip is valid only when the name of the shop, shop number, spending amount and transaction date is clearly printed on it. Cash payment, cash voucher, hand-written invoice are not accepted. Sun Hung Kai Properties and the SHKP Club reserve the rights to make copies of the machine-printed sales slips and the Star membership card for records. Sun Hung Kai Properties and the SHKP Club reserve the rights to request Star members to provide other proofs of purchase in addition to the machine-printed sales slips (e.g. credit card, EPS) for verification. Star members can get the offers only after approval. |

Each set of original machine-printed sales slip must match electronic payment receipt and can only be registered once. Receipt will be stamped as confirmation. All information cannot be changed once registered. |

Retail spending does not include financial payments (e.g. ATM, bill payment, banking, Octopus add-value and loan payment), property purchase and rental, medical fee, stamp, show ticket, club membership, telecommunication monthly fee, promotional booth, retail kiosk, banquet, shop/mall cash coupon, coupon (cake, dining, food, calling card, newspaper, etc.), foreign currency exchange and other non-retail payments. Definition of applicable spending can change without notice. |
