The SHKP Club held member previews of the Larvotto show flats at One IFC on August 1 and 2. Two-bedroom units - one unmodified and one decorated - were on display. The expansive layouts highlighted the premium and comfort of the living space.

Club ambassadors surveyed members at the preview, and found that most thought Larvotto would be an ideal home with its prime waterfront location and appealing design, materials and amenities. This was part of the 2010 Show Flat Preview Loyalty Scheme, meaning that members could get a Loving Home, Loving Earth reusable bag or a fine tea set with the required number of preview visit stamps.
